2024 Schedule of Events & Event Details 

All Day Activities/ 9 AM- 5 PM

Children's Activities/ All Day/ FREE

The County of Annapolis Recreation Team will be on site with a variety of equipment and games. In additional, burn some energy on the bouncy tent or at the natural playground, play with giant bubbles, and check out the native fish tank.

Skills Village/ 10 AM start/ FREE

The Annapolis Valley Folk School has organized a fantastic lineup of artisans and makers who will be on-site to share their skills and give you an opportunity for some hands-on learning. 

​

The lineup includes rope wreaths, bird nest box building, watercolours, fly tying, knot tying, knitting, print making, textile mending, basket making, candle making, hula hoop making, needle felting, fermenting. 

​

Farming & Livestock/ All Day/ FREE

The Clarence 4-H club will be setting up demonstrations and activities so that families can learn about livestock, farming and other life skills developed through the 4-H program.

​

Nature Alley/ All Day/ FREE

Learn about the natural heritage of our watershed and beyond with Clean Annapolis River Project and our many conservation partners. 

​

Food & Beverage Tent/ 8:30 AM- 6 PM

​

Breakfast items will be available starting at 8:30 am.

General food sales will begin at 10 am. 

Alcohol sales will open at 11 am, with last call at 5:45 pm.

Some vendors may only accept cash.

Aroma Mocha Cafe- iced beverages, snacks, breakfast

CARP Canteen- baked goods/coffee/pop/pizza by Mama Sofia's/ hot dogs/snowcones

D'Aubins Family Meats- sausages

Indian Masala House- Indian cuisine & snacks

Lunn's Mill Brewing Co.- craft beer

Still Fired Distilleries- mixed cocktails

Thistle Hospitality Group- Canadian fusion food truck

Located at the main stage. Limited seating available from the food & beverage tent. Bring your own lawn chair suggested.

1:30pm Final, 1 heat of 3 teams

Kid's Obstacle Course/ 2:30 PM/ FREE

Register in advance online or at the main registration table on site. Free. Ages 6-12.

Canoe Obstacle Course/ 3:45 PM/ $10 per paddler

Register in advance online or at the main registration table on site. Limited boat loans available. Entry fee $10/paddler, includes t-shirt. Online registration will open June 24. 

 

Canoe, Kayak, SUP Sprint Race/ 5 PM/ $10 per paddler

If you need any assistance such as first aid, assistance finding a lost child, or rest and hydration after too much fun, please find our volunteers at the comfort for assistance.
